Wyoming Affiliate Office Coordinator- Race Coordinator Reports To: Directly to Executive Director Basic Function Office Coordinator duties include the coordination of the day -to- day business operations of the affiliate office. These include answering the phone, receiving and distributing the mail, maintaining databases; scheduling appointments, and supervising interns, and volunteers. Race Coordinator duties of this position include the responsibility for working with the Events and Race committees to plan and implement the yearly Race for the Cure and special events for the Wyoming Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure. Planning includes, but is not limited to, securing date and location, transportation, course route, printed materials, media, technological needs, and sponsorship. This position will also ensure that all provisions of the Komen Wyoming Race for the Cure agreement are met by adhering to a strict timeline and budget. Could include some extended hours and weekend work to meet the goals of the affiliate during high needs race months. DISTRICT FACILITY MAINTENANCE WORKER GCSD#1 has an opening for a full-time Facility Maintenance Worker. Primary duties include preventative maintenance of mechanical, HVAC and plumbing systems throughout the districts facilities. Qualifications: Considerable knowledge of methods, materials, and tools appropriate to the building trades. Ability to perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks. Ability to follow oral and written instructions and understand operation manuals for equipment. Ability to understand specifications and blueprints and estimate necessary materials. DISTRICT GROUNDSKEEPER GCSD#1 has an opening for a full-time District Groundskeeper. Primary duties include grounds/ lawn maintenance, turf management and general maintenance duties throughout the districts facilities. Qualifications : Considerable knowledge of methods, materials, and tools appropriate to turf management (including playing fields), lawn maintenance, grounds keeping, sprinkler system maintenance, and snow removal, with ability to perform a variety of maintenance tasks as required.
